Born and raised in Singapore, coming from a Chinese background, building muscles has never been a thing for women in my culture. But one day, I have decided that I want to be different. I want to be strong, I want to look good as I age and I want to grow to be a better version of who I am.
Being a ballet dancer when I was young and having salsa as my main dance background starting in my college years, alongside with bachata and some pole dance experience, I wanted to challenge myself in other ways. Which is also why I got into the fitness industry. I enjoy lifting like a beast, looking like an amazonian and being capable of dancing like there’s no tomorrow.
Throughout my lifting experiences, I have done and experimented many different types of training and programming. You name it. GVT, Olympic lifting, training twice a day for many days, cross-fit, going for fitness camps in Thailand, squat every day for 30 days and etc… What I can tell you is, there is no one program that fits all. And everyone has different fitness goals.
What I have also learnt throughout these years is to train hard but smart. I enjoy helping my clients get stronger, feel confident, fix their imbalances and helping clients to understand that there is no ‘quick fix’ solution to getting results and to understand that living healthy is a lifestyle. Which is why I am here to help you and hold your hand throughout your journey together with you.
